1. About the service
Betting Optimization Simulator ("the service") is an online educational and analytical tool that simulates betting decisions such as staking strategies and bet slips. The service does not accept bets, does not act as a bookmaker and does not provide betting tips or financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age for gambling-related content in your country, to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. No guarantee of results
All outputs are simulations based on assumptions entered by you. They are not predictions of sporting results and do not guarantee any profit. You remain solely responsible for any real-money decisions you make.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used abusively.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period. [Refund and withdrawal terms to be completed.]
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The software, content and course material are protected by intellectual-property rights. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them.
